Outdoor Classes (1)

At Thrive we have 6 locations for you to train at: Clayton Heights, Richmond, South Surrey, and now also Sullivan Heights, Walnut Grove and Langley Centre!

All of our classes have a maximum of 12 participants and require a reservation, so you’ll never run the chance of being crammed into a large, over-packed studio.  You’ll get that safety you need and the personal attention you deserve to support your fitness journey, whatever that may be.

Look forward to training in the fresh air at one of our undercover outdoor locations.
